Hi I’m Leon – a Motion Design Talent Producer.

I help teams in sport, tech, music and gaming find the right Motion Designers so projects run smoothly.

In these industries, motion graphics are often time-critical. Matchday content, broadcast graphics, launches, trailers. When the right support isn’t in place, things break fast.

My role is simple. I work with studios, production companies and brands to understand their real needs, then connect them with Motion Designers who are already comfortable working under pressure.

I don’t try to represent everyone. I focus on fit, trust and reliability. That’s why many clients work with me across seasons, campaigns and ongoing projects rather than one-off jobs.

The goal is not just to fill a role.

The goal is to help teams deliver motion work without stress, delays or last-minute surprises.
